Job sharing has MANY benefits for students:
Your child has two professional, caring adults in their life
Halfway through the week the other teacher comes in revitalized!
Job sharing teachers tend to be happier, more relaxed, and patient with students
Having 2 teachers is very similar to having 2 parents. Both teachers have their own unique style but their expectations are alike.
Students witness cooperation and teamwork between adults
